Hi everyone!!! Mother of two, wife, full time employee, and beginning real estate investor!!! Looking to use RE as the vehicle for financial and time freedom for my family. Will be doing some wholesale deals to start and then some buy and hold rent-to own properties in the Charlotte NC area and surrounding cities. Any information on how to actually set up a closing would be great and some good lead sources as well. I am super excited to get started with my new pro membership and using all the great tools now available to me.
