Hi All,

I am currently looking for my first investment property.  I found financing and have looked at several properties.  I've even made a few offers....but nothing yet. Can't wait to make it happen.  What I've learned so far is that I need to "move faster".  I go to make an offer and the house is already pending.

So glad I found this site. I've learned so much already.
