Hello, I am a RE Investor and my day job is RE Broker & owner of a boutique RE firm.   I own 12 long term holds and my rent range goes from $2400 to $650 monthly and I self manage.  I am taking a breather right now to save cash and pay down short term debt, then I plan on getting to  15 thereafter. Then I will re-evaluate.     

Welcome. sounds like you are already where most of us want to be at. if you have any insight on the local market, please share. I know there is a lot of interest for property up that way.
