Hey All! Im a realtor in Santa FE NM. I have been selling for 10yrs. Currently have 1 rental investment and want many  more.  I have always been interested in wholesaling flipping and alternative ways to invest and grow. I stumbled upon biggerpockets the other night doing some research on the Homevestors business model and how to do something like that for myself. I love this sight! Great knowledge here and I am learning lots about things that are not normally discussed in my real estate world.
