New member in New Port Richey Florida area.
Hello everyone!!! I am just starting out in real estate and am very excited. So far the only property I have purchased is my own. That being said, my end game is to purchase rental properties and build enough passive income to quit my job and become full time. I have been in the Coast Guard for 6 years and currently have 2 years left on my enlistment. Anyone familiar with the area?
