Hey everyone!

I am finally able to introduce my self and get some great feedback form everyone here. I want to stick to flipping houses at this point and eventually start accumulating some cash flow properties. I am extremely anxious to get my feet wet and get my first DEAL! Any advice I can get would be extremely appreciated. It would be awesome to network with some of the people out here in Knoxville area.
