Good afternoon,

I am just joining Bigger Pockets after viewing a few real estate webinars that discussed wholesaling and fix and flip. I want to focus my attention to these two aspects of real estate. I was a real estate agent about 8 or 9 years ago but found it difficult to devote the time needed to build a successful career with 2 young children and working full time in healthcare. I have worked in network marketing for the last 4 years with no financial success. I really want to build generational wealth. My job will never supply the life and lifestyle that I want me and my kids to have !!

@stephanie

@Stephanie Brownfor fix and flip I would follow @Will Barnardand learn his story. I would also read @J Scott's book on Flipping.

For wholesaling I would check out @marina
