Another newbie...

Hi everyone! My name is Stephanie Scanlan and my husband Josh and I recently got married and are looking to begin real estate investing for our future. He's an accountant in Bloomington MN and I teach cognitive disabilities at the middle school in Hudson WI. We both enjoy our jobs but want a little more...I have always followed the real estate market and was an assistant for a realtor in our hometown of Eau Claire WI for a year. We are very interested in flipping homes in and around the metro but don't quite know where to begin. I've started reading books on flipping and am trying to increase my knowledge before jumping in. We're so excited to start the whole process and I'm very glad I stumbled across this website! Now I have more reading to do :)
