Hi my name is Kevin I am from North Louisiana. I am a beginner to REI. I am looking for investors that are investing near the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Pascagoula, Gautier, Ocean Springs, Biloxi.
My goals are to acquire SFH to rent /lease as buy and holds. 4 within the next year, and 16 within the next 5 years. each property will cash flow minimum of $300 per month.
