Hi guys, My wife and I are new to the house investment world. She is a realtor and has been for a few years now and we have been wanting to flip a house for years. We finally got up enough courage to do our first one and are currently searching and placing offers for flips in the Richmond/Katy areas. Wish us luck!!!!
