Hello BP community. My name is Jonny Phelps and I have been in the RE game for nearly a decade, and have had my license since 2005. I took a break during the down turn and recently just got my license reactivated. I used to do a few flips back in Austin back in 2005-2007 when the market was heating up...I don't know what to even call it in Austin anymore. You can't go one block with a crane in the air next to you, its just too much down there now. This is the main reason I relocated up to Dallas, a much larger market. I am looking to connect with some good folks here in the DFW area (primarily in Dallas more than Funky Town) to engage in conversations about the market and what's next. So hope to make some connections with you a few of you on here. Thank you for letting me be a part of the BP community.

Cheers.

I'm actually concentrating on San Antonio.  I think its more of an untapped market compared to Dallas, Austin, Houston.  Could be wrong.  Who knows. haha
