My name is Jerrell Kersey and I just graduated college two months ago. Over the last year I have studied real estate investing more than my actual major. I have listened to bp podcasts from different markets all over the country and would like to get a take on georgia investing. I will be primarily in the atlanta ga and columbus ga area and would like strategies on buying and holding as well as flipping. Also me and my wife are in the process of buying our first fixer upper.
