Newbie from Henderson, NV

Hello BP, 

My name is Thomas E Ortiz and I live in Henderson, NV just outside of Las Vegas. I am currently studying for my Real Estate license and I my goal is to sell part time, do fix and flips and manage properties.

So a little about me, I sold mortgages back in 2005 to 2008 and then went on to sales and customer service when my company closed. I do have an extensive background in online marketing and sales, and I served in the Army for 5 years. I currently work full time with MGM resorts international where I have been for the last two years.

I have a beautiful family that includes 4 daughters and one amazing wife that is considering going into real estate as well and life is pretty good. 

I am looking for networking opportunities and a greater knowledge base in my new industry. I would love to connect with some wholesalers and rehabbers in my area if anyone is out there.

I do work full-time at nights but I have my days free. (The Army thought me not to sleep and how to keep motivated), so I'm good to go.
