New Jersey Newbie here
Hey Everyone, just wanted to give a brief introduction. My name is Jeff and I'm tirelesly looking for my first property. My Accountant suggested a rental property and I decided to go for it since I've always been interested in the concept and long term benefits. I'm from Monmouth County and will focus primarily around the trenton and paterson areas. If anyone has any insight, please feel free to pass it on as I will need it for the long road ahead! Thanks!
