Hi everyone! Just wanted to introduce myself and say hi :D

I'm in the Silicon Valley, San Jose area and have been into rental property investing since 1998. I currently have places in California and Arizona.

I joined to meet people who do this type of investing and to learn a few tips, exchange ideas and make some friends.
