Good evening everyone. I've been a lurker on this site for a short while now and listen religiously to the podcasts. Having lived in Dallas, Texas now for the past ten years, I'm currently in a transition point in my life where circumstances have lead me to want more and eventual financial freedom by way of real estate investing. I'm mostly interested in doing buy and hold investments with a smattering of fix and flip pursuits along the way. Definitely looking to learn a lot from this site and others' experiences as well as contribute in whatever capacity I can!
