Hi I'm Michelle, from beaver falls,pa. I'm a newbie just starting out. I started out with a 2 hour seminar and then a 3 day class in Pittsburgh,pa ran by the guy who does flip this house. I learned a lot from him and I have been doing a lot of research and found this site to be very useful, just not sure which way I want to go yet, wholesale or buy and hold?any advise would be helpful, thank you
