Hello from Durham NC!

Hi everyone,

I am newbie from Durham, NC..

My name is Emir as written on my profile. I am originally from Indonesia (Its G20 countries, 4th largest country by population, and i am proud of it!) or people may be more familiar with BALI.

I currently live in Durham, NC since Jan 2015. I am IT professional with entrepreneurial mindset! I am thinking to purchase my first property in Triangle, NC soon! 

My goal here is to have few properties as passive income (hold/wait, rental, fix/flip)! 
- Do you think buy rented properties around Duke/NCSU/UNC-CH is good? 
- Which areas is the best for hold&wait? 
- Anyone familiar with buying from auction? Is it worth?

I am not really familiar with law & regulations here in US but i am eager to learn property investment in US! Anyone interested for coffee talk? :)
