Hello everyone! Glad to be here!

My name is Mariann Cook, and I'm looking to get into the real estate arena. I have a Certification in Paralegal Studies from Boston University & I'm a few credits away from my AS in Law (Paralegal) from Community College of Rhode Island. My primary focus will be Commercial Real Estate financing, but want to learn as much as I can about real estate as a whole. Look forward to meeting everyone and thanks for having me!

Welcome Mariann,

One great resource in our area is the Rhode Island Investors Meeting, held every third Thursday of the month at the Hilton Garden Inn in Warwick. It is great for networking, finding cash buyers, as well as getting recent news about properties in the area.

As previously mentioned, two great books that I have referenced are J. Scott The Book on Flipping Houses and The Book on Estimating ReHab Costs. Both have been very helpful when I begin investing and working on deals.

I look forward to working with you. Best of luck!

Richard
