New Member from Bloomington, Indiana!

Hi all! I am extremely excited to see what I can offer and what I can learn as part of the BiggerPockets community. I have had some reservations about getting started in the past but I am finally breaking out of my shell and realizing that there is no time like the present. 

I have been in Bloomington since 2009 and I currently work for a property management company on the IU campus learning about the real estate market in the area looking for my first deal. My goal is to use the buy and hold strategy for my first home and see where that takes me.
