Just wanted to break the ice and introduce myself to the community. Found BP thru you tube as I frequently travel and have been hooked ever since (2months ago). Begin investing in single family homes 2 years ago and looking to gain momentum thru advice, partnerships, etc. Anything your willing to say, I'll listen. I'll be glad to share what little knowledge I have to anyone as well.
