newbie from Yorkshire, england. wanting to learn as much as possible

hi all,

just joined this forum after reading the rich dad books. they really opened my eyes and changed my perspectives on finance. im 28 years old and have a young family, I work as an electrical engineer for a big energy supplier. I live near Leeds in west Yorkshire, UK.

I currently own one 2 bed apartment which I bought from new (3 years ago). lived in there and also rented it out 3 times, quite an experience! 2 awful tenants and one perfect.

wanting to buy more another property to rent out, just hoping to learn and gain as much knowledge as possible before I do buy again.
