Hello, my name is Dylan Farish and I am excited to become a part of the bigger pockets community. 

I am a novice when it comes to real estate investing but eager to begin learning. Recently I got engaged to my fiance Rebecca and we are interested in buying a property as a investment for our future. 

I plan to enroll in a real estate licensing class with my local association of realtors as a way to get in the door. 

I hope to share what I come to learn as I begin this adventure as I have benefitted so greatly from the abundance of knowledge that the BP community brings together.
