Hello. I am investing in real estate for rehabbing and reselling. I am seeking financing for my flips. I currently have one large home offer accepted and looking at another in a close town with partial rehab finished. I have a trusted general contractor. It appears from comps that days on market vary from 30-120. I look forward to building a network with BiggerPockets members.
