New Builder/ Investor in Mountain View CA

Hi Everyone,

I was told about this site while attending a local RE investing meeting.  I  am currently looking for property in Mountain View, CA which is very challenging at the moment. 

Can anyone suggest a  good wholesaler / bird dog / home finder / realtor that works the SF Bay Area, Peninsula  ( Palo Alto, Mountain View, Los Altos, Sunnyvale ) area?
