I am a newbie in Real Estate, although I have attended several presentation on Real Estates and Tax Liens.  

I would like to try this new field, and I am especially interested to know how to use other people's money to buy a real estate or a tax lien.  Am I just dreaming, or those people were misleading me.

I hope that I would find a legitimate company that will help me to achieve my goals.
