Hello everyone.

I listen to a lot of podcasts at my regular job and stumbled across BP. I really enjoy the shows because they have more substance and realistic expectations than some others that I have heard. My goal is to get into buy and hold properties. At the moment I am house hacking my primary residence and working a second job to build up my savings.

@Anthony Atyeoawesome, welcome to BP and congrats on implementing the house hacking approach. I've been living in NYC the last 10 years but since I recently moved to Cincinnati I'm going to do that too pretty soon.
