Hi everyone,

My name is Jason,

I joined BP a while back now, and really haven't had a lot of time to delve into the BP world until just recently. Big change coming for me soon though...I'll be retiring from a fortune 500 company after 31 years, yet still on the younger side. So, no plans to start lounging and channel surfing just yet.

I'm really excited about the opportunity to start investing some of my retirement portfolio in real estate using a Solo 401k which will be tied to my wife's business as a real estate agent. We're educating ourselves on deals such as lending, notes, flipping and buy-and-hold, and have conferred with some of the self-directed investing resources referenced on BP.

We have two residential investment properties so far, and are looking to increase our inventory further. My wife, Mary, and I have always had a passion and an affinity towards anything real estate related, and we're so happy to be part of the BP family!

We'd be so pleased to receive any help and guidance as we navigate forward and would be very interested in information on any meetups in our neck of the woods.

Whew...I'm so relieved I finally decided to come out of hiding!

@Jason Jennings Coming out of hiding was a smart move, now just make sure you stay out of hiding! I'm new to the site and engaging on the forums as well as private messaging others on the site has allowed me to connect with some great people, so I recommend it.
