Hi, my name is Eddy Franco, I'm a licensed real estate agent (not practicing at the moment), work in the transportation field, bought my primary home in 2000 (free and clear), love construction and consider myself a handyman; would like to invest in a fourplex to live in one and rent the remaining three (cash flow).
