Hey everyone!
I am a new real estate investor and am closing on my first rental property (triplex) at the end of August. I am very interested in wholesaling in and flips in Pinellas County. Also interested in buying any multifamily units that are 2 bedroom 1 bath (or better) block homes in North Pinellas County or Southern Pasco County.

@Jason Parrish There are a ton of REIA meetings in Pinellas and quite a few people to network over there that are very active in RE investing.
