Hello BiggerPockets. I'm new to the site and fairly new to real estate investing. Glad I found this site. It seems to have a wealth of information and experienced investors. 

I completed one deal using traditional (bank) financing. I am very interested in learning about how to obtain private lenders for residential properties to buy and hold.  Let me know if you can provide some insight.
