Growing up, my family's favorite decor was "renovation." I watched my dad get a kick out of fixing up and renting a little home across town. My husband also loves to work magic with homes. He has built and renovated homes which we sold for profit (usually!). We are currently landlords for a duplex he built, and our goals include finding more buy-and-hold rentals.
