Hello, I'm a new investor, my main interests lay in apartment complexes and multi family homes, i'm really into buy and hold but i'm interested in flipping. i've been studying real estate and investing since i was 13 (i'm 18 now) i'm ready to get started and feel confident in my knowledge with real estate, i don't know all there is to know and i probably never will haha but i look forward to learning and am eager to work with you, thank you.
