Greetings!...novice investor here who is interested in getting more involved in a great market here in Denver. I live in NW Denver, which has to be one of the hottest real estate markets in the country...Would like to become more savvy in my real estate dealings both personally and professionally. I currently have a good commercial rental and would like to leverage my current real estate into an expanded portfolio of income properties to increase net worth of me and my family. Professionally, I have been in public finance for 20 years so have funded a fair share of development projects, so have an aptitude, but would now like to put a bit of that knowledge toward my own endeavors.
