Hey BiggerPockets,

My name is James, and I'm serving the Los Angeles and Houston Texas Market. Our company Ward Schurr assists investors with generating returns from real estate investments in the Houston and Los Angeles California area. We currently owns 60 condominium units in Houston Texas and several multi family properties in the California area. We are looking to establish relationships with investors as well as learn and grow with the community. We are excited to be apart of this community and hope to be a valuable asset.
