Hello Bigger Pockets/members! My name is David and I'm excited to be here to learn more about Real Estate and to network with others and possibly form friendships in the process. Right now I'm the owner of a successful used/refurbished appliance business, and I'm also an investor in paper assets such as stocks, bonds & mutual funds (that have low expenses and therefore are not the kinds of paper assets that should be avoided). My goal in Real Estate is to do the "buy and hold" thing and earn passive income from rental properties, increasing my cash flow as much as possible. I came to Bigger Pockets via word of mouth. During my dealings in my used appliance business, I sold a washer & dryer set to a rental property investor who recently had moved to my area from California, and he told me about BP and so here I am. Happy to be here, and looking forward to many inspired conversations.
