hey guys. Im new to the BP community.  Im hoping to learn a lot from all of you. I been trying to get in the real estate investment game for a long time, so you can say im a newbie. finally want to make it happen. So if you have any tips or knowledge on the best way to start please let me know. Im excited to get this wheel in motion.
