Hello all! I am new to the site and definitely looking forward to networking and meeting active investor in Houston, TX Metropolitan area. I haven't been a landlord since 2006 so I maybe a bit rusty in the rules of engagement. I'd wish there was support like this when I started in 1999. Thanks to the creators for such an awesome forum with gobs of information.
