Good Evening All,

After years of sitting on the sidelines wishing to be in the game, we made a decision to get involved and close on our first investment property this week. Price of 134,000 nd the appraisal came back at $160,000! Not too bad in a multiple offer MLS deal and deal #1. Very excited to officially part of the community, and hope to share any of my knowledge in credit scoring, and (former) mortgage lending that might be helpful to others.
