I'm Tim. I run a Branding and Marketing firm in Tampa. I'm looking to buy my first commercial property. I'm looking at Multifamily homes. I've been reading books doing research online and doing workups on the some of the financials on some potential properties. I'm all ears if any one has some tips on evaluating a property. I'm looking at properties now and I plan to buy within the next 6 months.
