Hello,
My name is Gerrit, and I am new to real estate investing. I'm still trying to nail down how I want to get in, since there are so many cool and interesting ways to invest.
One thing I am doing alongside my wife is renting our current home on Airbnb. We've booked 8 weekends so far, which has been exciting.
Flipping, renting, vacation rentals, lease options, notes? Who knows? :)
