Hello all,

I'm new to real estate investing. I currently live in Brooklyn, New York but I'm looking for multi units in western Massachusetts. I grew up in Easthampton, MA. Looking there as well as Holyoke, Northampton and surrounding area.

I've been listening to the great podcast for months now and decided I was long over due to start posting here.

For my day job (really night job I guess) I run the bar program at an amazing restaurant in the Gramercy area of Manhattan.

Hi Brian,

Welcome to BP! Check out the local REIA's. We have one in Western Mass and you can find the info in my signature. Also, look up @Ann Bellamy for her BlackDiamond REIA out of Central Mass. Some good contacts and stuff from the CTREIA too. Feel free to email me if you want real estate agent/broker referrals that really know Multi family. Good luck!!
