I'm a Brit who has lived in the US for over 20 years with my wife, who is American. I came close to owning a beach property in Panama City Beach a few years ago but it fell through. I've recently had the opportunity to participate in ownership in a couple of regions and I'm interested once again - both here in the US and overseas.

As a coincidence, I'm now working at VacationFutures, a competitive, wholesale marketplace that allows homeowners, property managers and investors to buy and sell future rental rights on investment properties in one transaction. It makes short-term rentals a viable solution for long-term investors, like me, which is fortunate.

I'm interested in various locations in the US (PCB, Jacksonville and Vail) as well as the south coast of England where I grew up.
