Real Estate License

Hi,

I've recently stumbled upon BP and for the past few weeks I can honestly say I've been hooked. I've been working my way thru the podcasts from the beginning and have also purchased several books on real estate investing. Needless to say this is what I've been searching for awhile and I feel so lucky that I've found it...

My question is, as an active Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser I have the access to the local MLS, a lockbox key, and even a great grasp on the local market.. so I'm wondering, is it still in my best interest to obtain my real estate license?

Any input would be awesome as I seem to be stuck on the fence with this...

Thanks BP family.

Best,

Michael A. Ballard
