I am small investor, bought retail rental properties in Pierce & Snohomish counties.. I'm happy with what I have, but now I would like to learn how to buy wholesale, how to build a team, & much more. I'm here to learn from you all.

Good morning @Pam Dhillon. Great to see that you've already started your investing career here in the Puget Sound region. It sounds like you're looking to network as part of building your team, I would recommend first off listening to as many of the podcasts as you can (see the "Learn" tab) and also consider attending the BP Meet-up this Friday, at 7:00pm.
