Hello All!

I'm just getting started in real estate investing!  I was interested in real estate 10 years ago while in college.  I finished all the coursework to be a licensed salesperson in the state of Texas but never tested.  After picking up Rich Dad, Poor Dad for the second time I decided it was time to start again and I just finished my coursework.  I will be testing at the end of this month to become a licensed salesperson in the state of Pennsylvania!  

I am looking forward to sounding some ideas off of the boards here and meeting other investors!
