I'm a newly licensed agent (about one year) in the South Jersey area. I stumbled across this site (fortunately) about one week ago and the information here has been invaluable. I will be eligible to retire from my "9-5" in a few years and wanted to start a new career. I would like to, not only sell to other people but invest in maybe a duplex or townhome to buy and hold. Right now I'm learning and boy is there a lot to learn! So far the forums and articles have been exceptionally. Looking forward to gaining a wealth of information here and maybe even sharing some of my own!
