What's up BP family, name's Jarrett, just getting back from California, job payed for my trip. I met many house flippers and real estate investors, the conversations I had inspired me to want to get into real estate, but the funds aren't where I would like them to be to start investing at the moment. This site was brought up in conversation many times, and today,  I decided to sign up. I know it will be a long process but I'm looking forward to the many things I am going to learn.
