Newbie from Pennsylvania (Philly metro area)
Hey. I will be relocating to Bucks County, Pa next summer and started investing from abroad - a real challenge but I found and bought and held 2 properties that have done well for me. I want to take my investing to the next level and would like to move quickly. I am allergic to risk. Not a fixer upper kind of investor - yet. Not ready for multi-family yet (eventually). Thinking about taking a trip over sometime soon - when there are some promising deals to look at. I am open to most areas of the US. Looking closely at Coral Spring, Fl now and I'd like to target some areas close to where I will be living. And maybe I should not say this, but I have cash. And it's just waiting, impatiently, to be put to work.

Thanks James! Am I allowed to ask you to recommend areas to look at? Does not need to be Philly. Strawberry Mansion looks like it has opportunities for rehabs. Is it an area that Temple students are expanding into? Maybe some day I will be ready for that...
