Hi, I'm Rick Harrmann.  My wife and I are moving to Canon City.  I am leaving a career as the Vice President of a manufacturing company in Wisconsin, interested in branching out into real estate investing.  I look forward to our new venture and any words of wisdom you can provide about Colorado investing.

Thanks everyone!  LOL...no not working with the jails, though my wife is a speech therapist and sometimes does work with inmates.  I'm leaving my career to start something new there, so I have an open road ahead of me.
